When the boundary has been violated
Can you draw a circle around the place where your needs are non-negotiable?
And can you let this sacred sphere be filled with moonflowers of self love?
Can you let reclaimed space flow around you like a robe of velvet galaxy
Sparkling with million year old stars?
Can you hear your heartbeat pulsing through the heavens
Welcoming your arrival in your own sovereignty?
Can you sit tall
On your cosmic throne
Allowing energy to rise from the base of your spine
Up through the womb space
Energetic centre of all creation
Up through the solar plexus
The heart
The throat
The third eye
Shining through the crown
The silver light of a thousand glowing moons
Celebrating the queendom of your body?
Can you breathe the mountaintop air of personal power?
Claiming your incarnate right to the nourishment of a deep inhale?
To the release of a full exhale?
And in this divinely protected place
Invoked by your body wisdom
Your mind awakening
Your heart intuition
You decide what medicine to receive when wounded
You decide what celebration to declare when joyful
Tumbling into darkness
Rising into light
Or still and silent
Can you hear the shimmering invitation to take your place at the centre of your universe
